I've Ordered A Rebounder!

I'm so fed up and angry with myself with my failed attempts at losing weight so I'm not going to pollute the Onwards & Downwards threads anymore. I can't seem to stick at any weight loss programme so I've ordered a rebounder and will use this to try and get fit. I did have one many years ago and it really helped me with weight loss and keeping fit but the springs broke so I had to get rid of it.

Since I reverted back to my bad eating habits 2 weeks ago I think I have put on half a stone already and I'm struggling with my clothing. I can't carry on like this so I've done a shopping order according to a 1 week Rosemary Conley kick start programme to hopefully lose 5lb and get the ball rolling. In the past I haven't done any exercise which is where I think I've gone wrong.

Wish me luck :o)

And better than spending £300 + on a treadmill.
" No bread, cake, pastry or biscuits. "

I walked home from work today. Bought a new pedometer which calculates calories and distance and it said that I'd walked 4.5 miles. Don't think that's right as its approx. 3.5 miles. The main thing is, is that I walked home and did over 10,000 steps :o)
Wish you well tigger,I use a protein powder to make a mousse dessert if you add a little extra powder and shake for longer and put in the fridge it will thicken, I also put it in the freezer for a couple of hours to make it as an ice cream yummy !!!
My fave at the moment is a chocolate mint,it's a really low carb treat and delicious.

Sounds nice Pizza. I'm getting an Ocado delivery today and I've ordered some Slim Fast. Just going to do the slim fast thing for a week then eat properly and continue with my walking.
I think I'd rather have a couple of scrambled eggs on a thin slice of toast...roughly same calories, and more satisfying.
Question Author
i would too Pasta, but they're handy to have when I'm back to working a full week next week.
For my workdays(up at 5.30am,and so NOT hungry), I make an omelette/fritatta that's enough for several portions. Its good cold,or can be zapped in microwave.
