Does anybody agree that the BBC are pushing their luck with strictly come dancing this year. I believe last years series didn't start until OCT we only had to put up with twelve weeks of it . I dread next year when we will no doubt be subjected to it starting in say MIDSUMMER. Any phrases spring to mind?

Well, obviously not pushing their luck as much as the 2008 and 2009 series, both having 1 more contestant pair (i.e. 16 couples) competing for 1 more week and starting 1 week earlier (i.e. 19/20 Sep) than this year's competition.
