I'm contemplating Bang Bang Chicken to use up some odds and ends lurking in the fridge for supper this evening.
Tomorrow will hopefully involve some beans and potatoes from the garden, protein TBD.
What about the rest of you?

From my infrequent experience the veg is not seasonal the meat is cooked to death and the roast potatoes aren't crispy.........don't get me started on the one gravy fits all gravy........
The only redeeming feature is the endless supply of Yorkshire pudding and even they get flabby after a while!
I can only assume my two (?) carvery experiences have not been typical of the over all experience.
