Is It Eternal Life Or Eternal Existence ?

Are you enjoying your Eternal existence ? You may notice I said Existence not life because our sub atomic particles have been , are being , and will continue to be recycled eternally. No one and nothing is unique at any time because change is continuous. Our SA particles existed billions of years ago and will exist billions of years in the future. All the time combining in different forms from life to lifeless.
Is our short life just one of the many forms that our atoms have been and will be in the future ?

I shed cells all the time but it's still the same life I'm living. It's just the physical form I use that replaces itself constantly.

Sure atoms, while they still exist, will be reused and reused. May well be one form of life after another. After all the food I eat that goes to make me was once part of something else that was living.

It occurs to me when people talk about the soul and the spirit , if they exist , in this life or any other , what's the difference. ?

The difference is that atoms are a physical part of you, but a spirit or soul is made of what?

Neither has any substance and we do use the terms slightly differently but do we think of them as different ?

I can visualise a spirit as a ghost but I have never thought of a soul as a ghost but maybe that's only me.
