I have had to give a well known courier company directions to my address because they couldn't find it yesterday even though they have sat navs in the vehicles and the houses and road have been here since the 1950s...think they are having a bubble!

have the same problem so i understand, our property is on a main road, visible, yet the times i get couriers, delivery people say they can't find it is annoying. On foot visitors seem to be worse for some reason, spent an age trying to explain the directions to one bloke, he phoned three times before getting here.

Was it DHL or D rop it H ide it L ose it as they are often known?

worse are the damn posties, get so many letters for others, i am considering complaining, worse is where is my post going?

I've e mailed their customer care and also the sender of the item which is also a big company never heard anything like it a courier company that cannot find addresses I've had deliveries from all the big companies before Argos Littlewoods UPS no problems but this shower are useless
