Like someone said, yet yourself off to bed with some water. In the morning if you feel up to it do the cycling, you might feel better after doing it, and its for a good cause. We all have things in our lives which are sad and break us apart, I have been to two funerals recently, and have family members ill, and have a chronic pain conditions myself, I have low days, you have to be strong for yourself otherwise the other people in your life who are not kind to you have won. It might seem a long way off but I think and hope that you will look back see this as a turning point in your life. An be kind to yourself, if you really do not feel like doing something think will I benefit if not sod it do what you want to do, the whiskey although understandable might not be a good idea.
