no problem with telephone line.
Have you tried switching off for 15 seconds and back on, or resetting? That's the sum of my technology help, I'm afraid.
I'm not very techy but are all the cables ok and have you tried shutting down the modem and computer and restarting it all?

Maybe check your service provider for any issues.

Are you connected by cable or wireless?

The lights on mine seem to flash all the time!
Check telephone wires for twisted ,worn wiring . If you are WI-FI move a bit nearer to the router .Unplug everything for a few minutes then put them back.Is the router too near anything else electrical? The lights flash on mine all the time.
Hi anne...Yep it's me. Old Al.

Please post some further info and I feel sure an answer will be forthcoming; even if (quite likely) I fail on the matter. There are some great Techies in this section.( Myself excluded)

What is your operating system. (Windows Vista; XP; W7 or whatever).? Who is your Internet Provider.? What Browser are you using.? In otherwords, as much info as possible.

It will be worth testing your broadband speed and stating the result you get. Click this link:-
