I'd like to say thank you to the following people for talking to me early hours of this morning regarding my problems, you helped me get this far and I know you will be there for me if I need any help in the future.
I don't have any awards like the legendary Spoon Awards so it is just going to have to be a Thank you:
Thanks to..

Like me you care about other people and the world wouldn't be the same without folks such as yourselves.
your right, mental health issues does not always mean depression. but its difficult to diagnose and treat your mental health issue if you are consuming large amounts of alcohol.
anneasquith: I stopped drinking for a few weeks and made an effort to help myself as long as the appropriate services out there would also help me. They failed me because once again I was given the wrong information. I can stop drinking and as soon as I restore my faith (once again) in the system then I will. I keep believing I'm on the right path but I then find out the path I've been sent down by people I trust is the wrong one.
The crisis team are absolutely sh*tt*ng themselves because 4 years ago they didn't do their job properly and help me. That mistake nearly cost me my life. Now they have made a few mistakes this time round also. I personally do not have the mental strength to challenge them but I have a representative who does. After the complaint I made 4 years ago 4 people lost their jobs and I will not be messed around with this time.
I think he's been very shabby and selfish. He even put himself first just after you split up with your wife. He was lying to her then about things and you weren't even about xx
well that's good news, its just when you posted that youd had a litre of whisky, I obviously jump to the wrong conclusion that you may have an issue with alcohol, sorry .
