Yarse RedVan I thought the same thing - in slightly more formal English
Ld patton - Fat Pang to the Chinese - Mandarin speakers here will have to tell me if that was 'Da Pang' which I think it was, made his name in giving the Chinese back their own property [Hong Kong] with great British panache.
And he seems to be used to declaring - "if I say it is so then it is so"
This is OK if it is govt policy or perhaps money to Politicians or their wives -
but it aint !
Time for a change they all say
Speaks Cantonese but that wont get him out of the crap - this time !
