So There's This Comet Thing ...

Comet Ison, apparently.
It's going to be around from September 2013 until January 2014.
And it's 16 times brighter than the Moon.
We need a Comet Monitor.
Who could do that job.
Hmm, a bright object, passing through the night sky.
Rather like the Space Station.
Can anyone think of anyone who is good at letting us know when to look out for things like, ooh say, Space Stations, and comets?
Thinks, thinks ...
Anyone at all come to mind?
