((64.34g/xy^2)+y/g+h)/4(c+a)= 9, or 10 on a good day.
No!
The buoyancy of a body is equal to the volume of fluid it displaces multiplied by the density of that fluid. If that's less than the weight of the body, it will sink. Easy!
