Its my daughters 16th birthday coming up soon.
I have got Arctic Monkeys tickets for Earls court but would really like to surprise her with VIP or backstage passes.
Any idea how I go about getting them ?

The promoter is SJM Concerts. Their website doesn't list the Arctic Monkeys gigs as among those for which VIP packages are available: http://www.g igsandtours. com/content/ vip-packages However that might turn out to be to your advantage as it's probably more likely that informal VIP arrangements could be made. Try a phone call to 0161 907 3443....

Alternatively you could try to contact the band via their recording company:

I hate to be the bearer of bad news BN, but apart from arranged 'meet and greet' arrangements, no band will issue back stage passes to fans.
As a music journalist, I have been backstage to hundreds of gigs, but by the time the band get to stadium level, as the AM's now are, security is so tight that even bona fide journalists get escorted to the band to do an interview, and then get escorted back to the public area - hanging around in the backstage area is simply not permitted.
So, unless there is a pre-arranged 'meet and greet' which is usually advertised, I am afraid there is no chance of getting back stage, sorry.
