My Ex used to cut her toenails while we watched TV and I had to cover the top of my glass of wine or lager.
Disgusting habit and I told her many times to do it in the bathroom, to no avail, and that's one of the reasons (there were plenty) we are divorced, she just wouldn't listen to me!
