I know I need Hep A, Tetenus.....and Malaria tabs although the risk for that is low. But what about typhoid, polio etc.......

From Army days definately Typhoid and Diphtheria.

You should have polio (one off as a kid).

Check your booster history for Tetanus (though this is worldwide!)

Hep A lasts 20 years

Hep B lasts 10 years so check booster history.

If your GP charges, some practices give a "discount" for multi jabs.

Wouldn't worry about malaria, just prevent bites as opposed to disease.

Goos luck.

i recently went to egypt. I phone my doctors surgery 8 weeks before i went and spoke to the nurse. she told me exactly what would be required and put a prescription into the local chemist for me to collect and take to her for her to inject. Would rather the professionals told me what I needed that risk looking it up on the website myself and misunderstanding the information. I needed dyptheria, hep A, Tetnus, Typhoid and Polio. This was just administered with just two injections. One which the surgery stored and the other I had to pay for at the chemist - 6.50.
