You should be able to. Connect the main aerial lead to the video, then connect the short aerial lead from the video to TV. Bung in a video and start playing it, Then put the TV on a channel not currently assigned (I used to use 8), and re tune it until you see the video picture (I think this was channel 36, used for games, video's etc, but it doesn't matter - just as soon as you have a decent picture of the video on the TV, save the channel, and from then on, anytime you want the video, just switch to that channel to view. Of course with a scart and a modern TV, the channel would switch automatically.
