80S Music Video

Which was the 80s track that had in the video people going up and down a staircase that went around the inside of a tall square room? The video may have been shot in black and white, and then coloured with a blue hue, or may just have been the lighting. Have no idea what song was but loved it and the video. The song did have a very strong beat. Any ideas folks? Many thanks folks.

I seem to think it had an industrial look Ti it complete with blokes in identical uniforms/overalls, possibly carrying a tool ( up/ down the stairs). Any ideas folks?

Now that I've had all your possible answers I think it might have been the early 90s, as it is not any of your suggestions. The overall view was more industrial, like all the men on the steps were at work (or going to work). Seem to think they were carrying something heavy like a mallet/axe. The whole thing was black and white or blue lense over the camera. Any suggestions for the 90s? Thanks again! It's still bugging me!!!! : s
