i am going to the dominican republic in july and was wondering what the weather is normally like at that time of year.

Very hot July is also the start to the rainy season but your rarely see much rain and if you do its over so quickly your dry in minutes. Like the rest of the world they are experienceing some climate change.We went in January and it was over 80 degrees most of the time (Wonderful)

didnt go in july but can echo the sentiments about the rain - even spent 15 mins in the hotels spa pool while it peed down !
