I'm quite wowed by the biscuit tower design plans - am intrigued to see how they turn out in practice, especially after the tuilles.

Do they get to plan and practice first? I'm assuming they must do for something like this?

They get a list of what they are doing each week before they start filming. I don't think they know what the technical challenge will be though.

Ah, thanks :) I only tend to bob in and out of it but figured they must have planned for that.

Am feeling for the ones whose creations have collapsed.
