She got shot by a bunch of daffodils and her body was discovered in the canal, it was positively identified by a ring she was wearing. Don't worry, the scriptwriters will forget about that and bring her back in a year or two

She was murdered in the Arches. Karl then dug the pit out deeper and buried her in there. He then spent all night getting rid of the left over dirt.

Either that or he cut her up into little pieces and spread them around the bin bags along with the one her phone was in.

If only, no doubt she'll be back one day.
