I have just put together a dish of dauphinoise potatoes and nearly added a tub of vanilla yogurt instead of cream. Phew!

Eton Mess using late summer berries, crushed meringue, a strawberry or raspberry coulis and a 50:50 van yoghurt and cream mix, whipped up and over the fruit etc.........
