I like a soft goats cheese called Chavroux. It has 13.5% fat and 172 kcals per 100g. Can any Slimming World person please tell me if this could count as a healthy extra "a" choice and if so how much? Or how many syns an amount would be? Thanks.

Not sure about the healthy extra bit but looking at other brands of soft goats cheese, most are coming up at 4 to 5 syns per 25g serving.
