I watched the omnibus last Sunday and at the wedding it was 'Drinks all round' When Dino's dad arrived 'Drinks are on the house' and valentines day when no one would buy Pat a drink it was 'Have it on me Pat' How does Peggy make any money?? Or does she live on her sons dodgy dealings? :-)

It can happen because its not real. Like when Road Runner falls off a cliff and doesn't die and Tom and Jerry hit each other with frying pan with no ill effects. If it was real, no one would ever want to live in the place or visit that awful pub in the first place

The Queen Vic and The Rovers Return are nothing like running a real pub. One never sees the hard graft that goes into running a pub.
