John Bercow has a salary around £142k.

He buys a huge television. Using his huge expenses account. So what is his salary for?

We buy everything using our wages/salary. Why not he?

The man is a parasite and he is not alone. And the system is a disgrace.

OG; I don't understand your comments. All politicians need to have access to television for domestic and international news just the same as everyone else. BBC Parliament gives coverage of live working committees and debates. How else do you think they keep up to date?

Khandro - you are probably right. The biggest 'moan' would be why does Bercow not spend his salary on household goods like we do?

He gets free tV, free TV licence, no doubt free broadband, probably free rates, electric, gas and water . . . .

this person got a shock when educated people started to phone up a radio show on how they read books and listen to the radio and some even had a computer but none of them watched any tv
