Have to say I find it demeans a great lady -I somehow dont think she would have performed for Specsavers had she been alive

Tend to agree with Drisgirl. I find it rather demeaning to a great singer.

The wonder is, surely they would have had to get permission to use it? It's still in copyright, isn't it?

Probably because like me and my wife they also had plenty of regrets going to Specsavers and buying their rubbish spectacles.
