Last week I had a taster at a farmers market of cream cheese with stem ginger served on digestives, it was heaven on a plate. I've not had jam and cheese sarnies (yet) but really like my mums cheese scones with thick strawberry jam on so can't see why the jam and cheese sarnies wouldn't be just as nice. Think I'll pass on the ham though.
