A Sad Day For Carakeel And Myself Today.

Carakeel,s darling Mum that we have looked after for 24 years in our home has passed away peacefully in her sleep after suffering a stroke 2 weeks ago.

She really had a charmed life and Carakeel spoiled her to the very end of her 97 years.

I just wanted to thank you all for taking the time to send your kind thoughts and condolences to ratter and myself. Mum went in the most beautiful way. But it is hard to think that just over two weeks ago she was out in her wheelchair visiting our alpacas and miniature horses and enjoyed a rare visit by my brother, who lives in Germany and travels around the wold most of the time. Every day our hounds used to come and visit her, resting their heads on her bed and wagging their tails. And occasionally I used to bring one of our rabbits in to lie on her bed for her to cuddle. She loved that! But this was her time and I must accept this! I will always love her and she will reside in my heart forever and keep so many happy memories alive. Thank you all for your kindness! oh what a lucky daughter you are cara, to have the privilege to see your mum so happy with you and ratter all these years.and to be able to make her smile on a daily basis..........your life is now taking a new turn ( not for the first time ) love , anne.

Thinking of you both, this wonderful lady was always spoken about with a great deal of love - you will miss her presence.

However she leaves you with a wealth of memories and anecdotes that will live on.
