I have been looking for ages for this one. I seem to remember seeing him being interviewed on tv but I cannot remember what about. I think it has something to do with the picture he is stood next too but I cannot make it out.

it is a picture so dont think you can help unless you have quiz they are pictures of people with name of animal in there name this one looks to be wearing a scout uniform standing near a picture he has whiskars and is wearing glasses

Re no 33 and pic in background. I blew it up at work and looks like someone behind the wheel of a ship on the poster. Doesn't really help to find him though!!
