Neighbours Having Sex
45 Answers
We have new neighbours, both late 50's perhaps early 60's. They are very nice, friendly people, from what we can gather, and a welcome addition to out little street.
However, at approximately 7am each morning we were hearing nioses. I thought as they had just moved in, they were shifting furniture, putting up pictures and general D.I.Y Although an odd time to do these jobs, I assumed, once settled in, they would stop. The noises didnt stop. So I made a point of listening carefully against our bedroom wall last week (adjacent to theirs next door).
I heard what was definitely sexual noises and the headboard banging against their wall!!
So, most mornings (as they seem to have a couple off in the week) me and my OH are listening to this going on.
I am mildy ammused/indifferent about it as half the time I am up for work way before that time and when I am not I sleep like a baby. But my OH, who doesnt wake until 7.45am as a rule is getting a bit fed up.
We are not prude's and given that we can hear htem, they have perhaps heard us too!
But, 7am!!! The thought of doing anything energetic before my morning coffee and shower is unthinkable and I would get a punch of my OH for even suggesting it.
Given their age profile, do they perhaps have that energy in the morning and do they leave the house with a little spring in their step! I know my parents are morning people (Oh god no get that image out my mind!!!) Then relax in the evenings.
