someone i know was convicted on dna evidence, even though the description of the person was completely oppisite, for eg. hair colour, eye colour, age, weight, height, and they have always maintained there innocence, no fingerprints were found a the scene but 2 sets of unmatched prints were, the person has at least 6 siblings that we know of and more that have come to light recently,as the crime happened years ago all work records, phone records, tax records, national insurance records no longer exist so it was impossible to prove where the person was at the time.if what snook says is right then this is a case that should be looked into, what do you think?
