Uninstalling And Reinstalling Ie,

I seem to be having problems with my IE ,can I uninstall and reinstall,if so,how do I do this and which IE should I reinstall,...think I still have IE8.

I cannot understand why this has happened.It was OK when I last used it a few days ago.

Sorry,just stopped showing graphics on my MSN Homepage and now all I see are typed statements and empty boxes where photos
should be.

It says I have IE 10...I didn`t download that!!! Does it automatically do it?

Was that recently.as I say,it was OK a couple of days ago,.my desktop is OK..must be this laptop...so what can I do...?????

Does a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome work?

You may install and use whatever browser you wish.

If you are having problems with IE you can disable it (I don't think you can uninstall it as it comes with the system these days, but a tech savvy individual can confirm or deny that - or you could search the Net).

Got it sorted in the end!!!!
.Methyl,the other question I put about not being able to see pics on my MSN,was all related to this.I thought uninstalling and reinstalling might have helped.
However,I had a load of Updates to install(been away on hols),that sorted it.Thank God.
