Painful Skin When Out In Cold

Hi I have experienced this a couple of times now. I was living in NZ last year and went to a nice bar when I got outside my skin was so painful on my arms and legs it hurt to walk took me an hour for it to go. Now i am back in uk tonight I was putting fuel in my car for about five minutes with a long sleeve top and the same pins needles started what is this?

Could be many things......have you any underlying diseases for which you are receiving treatment?
Are you taking any tablets, if so, which ones?

could be raynauds? do your fingers/toes go very pale/blue in cold weather? any pain/sensation like this in your extremities should be investigated by your gp......book an appointment now x
