Bluetooth Apps

Does anybody use bluetooth sotware other than the default windows junk? Or is there no alternative? I'm particularly thinking towards making better use of the audio features such as hands free. Surely if you can use a handsfree to send bidirectional audio across BT, you can use it to send bi-directional audio from your PC and so on... Basically, is there anything more detailed than the standard explorer interface?

I got a USB Bluetooth dongle and it came with a nice piece of software that replaces the standard Windows Bluetooth support. The bit of software is called Blue Soleil. Not sure if it's downloadable from anywhere. It lets me use my bluetooth hands free with Skype. Which is nice.
