What Made You Smile Today?

I've been a bit under the weather the past few days but today at work something made me smile this is what happened.

Lady comes in with her son to get shoes. He gets his shoes she then takes him back to the car and brings back her other son who was asleep and had just woken up. My boss was serving him and was away getting shoes and me and the mum were talking when we here this wee mumble she asks her son 'what is it' 'I like that' with a wee smile and I said oh he must mean the video - mum asks is it the video boy 'no' is it the toys 'no' - what is it you like? ' Mum, I like her' and he pointed at me. She was laughing and she said are you flirting with her and he said yes and any time he walked past to try shoes he was smiling - bless him he was only 2 and a half.

But it made my day and I hope you all have had a moment that has made you smile!

Both of us have just had hysterics about a post we've just seen on FB.

QoM - personally I didn't notice (too far away for me to see properly!). It was red, white and blue day so everyone was wearing their own clothes and the teachers always get all giggly, but this particular teacher was practically swooning.

I've been smiling all day today. :) Finished work yesterday now on holiday for a week and I'm now enjoying a lovely large glass of wine after not being able to drink for weeks due to being on 3 different courses of antibiotics. It tastes wonderful :) Think I may even finish the bottle.

Kids say the funniest of things queenofmean, glad he made your day. :)
