That'd be my missus, sorry about that. I've asked her to keep it down, but for some reason that just makes her noisier.

Very humorous Whickerman!

We have three large fir trees in our front garden & often get woken up at dawn, by an assortment of blackbirds, thrushes & starlings chatting to each other!

We also hear them during the night too - zzzzzzz!

All of them I'm afraid. The mornings are getting lighter earlier and the dawn chorus is about to start with a vengeance. But wouldn't life be dull without them ??
Yes Wendy - I'm glad Mr. Smudge & me are both bird lovers, otherwise I could see the alarm clock flying out of the window if we didn't! (Pardon the pun).

All birds make some sort of noise at times, even the mute swan.

Peacocks and guinea fowl can cause quite a racket, what kind of noise is it ie chirp, squawk, twitter ?......

is cetti all right - - - -wot no answer
