Looking at it, it occurs to me that we are all citizens of the UK so shouldn't funding to provided centrally as needed within the available budget, rather than at county council level ? How is it the we seemed able to fund these needs once, but no longer ?

I have signed, thank you sandy. A great thing to support.

My cousin has cerebral palsy and was in supported living very similar. She had a stroke and was hospitalised and the council evicted her while she was there.
As her care is reduced, so is her life expectancy.
