Boiler Query

Have gas central heating. Been working ok until recently. When hot water is set to come on all works ok and when hot water and central heating are set to come on it comes on ok but the radiators do not get very warm. If heating on its own is set then nothing happens. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Its a BAXI unit.

Possibly the syncron motor or microswitch in your three port valve has failed or could be pump or roomstat. Try locking the lever on the motorvalve to see what happens.
