Has the cheese been tickled? (7,4)

You can drive from these up the valley to the end of the rainbow (8,6) (is it something violet???)

Oddly large fat donkeys pull at nobleman's drink shrub (4,2,7,8) (anagram I presume, but of which words??)

Also, down to 3 on the plants within the paragraph!
