Yes it is now, I made a phone call to motability and told them of my dilemma and they took a very dim view of the situation and would investigate the problem and told me i could cancel my order if i so wished but suggested i get in touch with the dealership and explain the situation with the manager which i did and they have agreed to pass on the car handover with the manager and severely reprimand the salesperson who was handling the new car which i am quite happy to do as this is the car that suits my needs and have waited for
