used to be a manager of a phone shop and the basic problem is this..orange have gave you a handset probably free of charge as you have agreed to give them a set amount of money each month,however part of your contract small print will state that if you cannot get a standard service then orange are in breach of contract, the fact that you have moved house makes no difference as you still live in uk where orange claim to have 97.3% coverage. firstly ring orange and drop tarriff to lowest on offer(this you can do as you've had it longer than 11 months) then you need to report to orange 3 seperate call drops i.e times and dates this then states orange have failed in there side of contract. just a case of gettin thru to a helpful member of staff as a senior member of staff will have the power to cancel contract. good luck
