help me (90's band)

i need help trying to find out the name of this band and the title of the song.

all i can remember, is that the band members (there was about4 of them and i think they were all men) were being pushed around in prams.. and they had their own heads, but babies bodies.

i remember the song being quite upbeat and summery and i think it was from sometime in the mid- ninties.
