If so it may not be the pills that are making you feel like this, but your general state of mind. Feeling that you may throw up if you eat is quite common in people that have an anxiety problem. The fear of being sick stops them eating.
Whatever the cause, you must go back to the doctor. Doctors are used to this sort of problem and he/she will try to help you to see what is going on.
Try not to worry, that will make it worse. Drink plenty of water whilst you are not feeling like eating and if you are not hungry don't eat. You might find that taking regular little snacks rather than meals helps in the meantime. It takes the pressure off you having to sit down for a meal, which for someone who is feeling like you do at the moment, is probably making things worse.
Take care.
I think you should see your doctor and be very truthful about what is worrying you. He may be able to refer you to someone such as a counsellor who can talk to you. You are obviously very young and you have made a huge decision to take on this girl's baby. You desparately need someone to talk to, preferably not within your family, but someone who can be impartial.
Your doctor must keep whatever you tell him confidential, so you must not worry about telling him the truth. Have you always had Attention Deficit Disorder or has this only just been diagnosed? I am not surprised you can't concentrate at the moment, you poor lad.
Take care and please make sure you get some professional help. x
