Interesting, Tony. Some years back I heard that Vauxhall were registering new cars, then selling them as second-hand under Network Q. I got a Corsa for for wife, registered only about two weeks previously, delivery mileage only, for the best part of 30% off the new price.

Yes heathfield, and Vauxhall are not the only ones to pre register brand new cars so I believe.
