crapey skin

The skin on the back of my hands had gone quite crapey and thin and a few large freckles have appeared is there anything you can use to help this problem.

Are these large freckles or liver spots. If they are liver spots they usually appear with age through excessive exposure to the sun.

i've heard that vinegar in some form is good for liver spots

I don't know your age Linda51. Perhaps 1951 is when you were born. The large freckles are called 'age spots' and the thinning skin happens I am afraid. You can probably get creams which will fade the age spots but not much you can do about the thin skin.

Even if people have all the cosmetic surgery and skin treatments available, their hands are going to show their age!
