What is the state pension entitlement at 65 for a male married with full contributions and is it a automatic payment for a wife, or will she get her own pension at her retirement age comes into force

Single pension is £110.15 with 30 years contribution. When your wife retires if she has enough contributions she will get the same.

The state basic pension system treats people as individuals, not as couples. The man in your question would get exactly the same pension irrespective of whether he was single or married (or in any other form of partnership). Similarly his wife will get her pension (when she becomes eligible for it) irrespective of her marital status.
