Blockbusters Gone Bust Again

Just heard Blockbusters have hit the hard times again, son is gutted he'd paid £350 towards to new xbox and has found out the company has gone into administration, poor manager of our local shop is having to tell everyone, poor woman found out after a customer went into find out if it was true.

Thank you, he's just e-mailed them, he's trying very hard to order another x box, has booked a week off work for when it's released. Oh to be 21 again and only have that to worry about. Though do feel for the staff.

I feel sorry for the shop staff as well, as losing your job this side of Xmas must be tough. But Blockbusters is a seriously outmoded business model. Who on earth rents a video these days ? I realise that the children like their computer games but the business just isn't viable. I'm surprised that it has lasted as long as it has.
