Good grief! George Michael's a drug user, according to the news this morning. I can hardly believe it. Next thing, they'll be telling us he's gay. Is this the most pointless news story of the year so far?

What's even more tragic about this story is that he readily admits to cannibis use. I remember reading that particular story in The Big Issue about six years ago (around the time he released 'Songs From The Last Century').

By the way, he was 'de-arrested' later that night as blood tests proved he wasn't under the influence of drink or drugs at the time.

Tests as to what he was on when he wrote 'Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go' are still inconclusive.

They're all pointless stories. I don't care if a 'celeb' smokes cannabis, has an affair, is gay, drives too fast, has a lovechild etc etc etc etc.

Cannabis can be detected in your blood for 28days but I dont know about GHB.Traces of Rohypnol disappears very quickly from your blood but you can still be under the influence next day making it difficult for victims to prosecute.It does seem a bit dubious to me that he couldnt be roused.

Anyway he's a big boy now and like a lot of celebs think they are above the law.Time will tell.

He was also seen in the London hilton wearing a balaclava....he was stopped by a security guy called...Michael jackson....you can see the Headlines..
