orange phone contract

hi im not sure if this is the right section to put this in but i was wondering if you get out of a mobile phone contract if youve only been with them for a month? basically i signed up to orange last month online on a dolphin 24 month contract and already im experiencing problems with it. As from approx 4pm today my phone went into total lockdown, i can recieve texts but not calls and i cant text or reply from my phone whatsoever. Whenever i do it says all calls are barred. Ive checked and double checked that my bill has been paid, and have even still got a text message from them confirming it too so cant understand what is going on. Ive tried contacting them since 4.20pm this afternoon up until about 5 mins ago and cannot seem to get through whatsoever, apperently all lines are busy. i find this tottally unacceptable and im now hearing off others who have dealed with orange that there customer care is shocking. Can i get out of this contract?
