I just watched a documentary called Consprcies on Sky 3, they talked about Illuminati. Very interesting but creepy subject. They talked about symbols assicated with this secret society. I have noticed one of these symbols recently on the cover of Robbie Williams Intensive Care album. If you look closely at the symbol on his thumb.

Is that a masonic symbol ?

Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely designed the cover sleeve. Grant M is a practising Chaos Magician which involves many symbols. Together with Frank Q they created "fortune telling cards" for Williams' album "Intensive Care".

my understanding of the symbol on robbies finger on the album cover is that it is a sigil, much like the ones that would be created using the system of austin osman spare. it would naturally have many connections to chaos magic and varoius elements of thelemic magic. its not really so much the same as illuminati symbolism as such as a sigil is often designed for a specific purpose as part of a spell. illuminati symbols are supposed to be used to advertise dominance over the population and to highlight to other illuminatus companies, buildings and organisations that are illuminati controlled. so i hear.

the symbol on robbies finger was probably created by overlaying the letters of his name on top of each other to create an aestetic? design. some imagination is needed in sigil construction. google a o spare to find out the procedure for sigil making and its uses. its also linked to the keys of angelic and demonic spirits as well as runes and is used in magical visualisation.

i doubt that robbies is a freemason yet, and with his big mouth its unlikely that they'll let him in the illuminati. try googling sigils and you'll see ones that resemble robbies design more than the square and compass. or maybe im not on the level and i'm trying to protect the true secret of the brotherhood. robbie williams is the great architect of the universe!

Robbie Williams as a mason. Now that would be quality. I can just see him at the lodge with his trouser leg rolled up and his apron on - baring his breast to reveal hundreds of tattoos! it would certainly be something the old f@rts hadn't seen before.

maybe he could provide the entertainment at the gala dinners, something for the ladies when the wives are invited round.

you'd just have to be careful he doesn't fall off the wagon when the toasts to the queen are made.

*ALFIE* have you read Angels & Demons by Dan Brown. It is all about the Illuminati and is the prequel to the Da Vinci Code. It is a good book, try reading/buying the illustrated version

Haggisdj, I haven't actually delved into the history or publications of the Illuminati but i have briefly read about them and their activities for global domination. I am not suprised that they linked to the De Vinci code - thats just a small fraction of their activities or missions.

Yes it is a masonic symbol, however it has over time become popular for pop icons to be tatoed with religeous symbology.
However as you probably saw, the conspiracy of the Illuminati runs very deep, even Robie could be involved!
Did you know, even more disturbingly, the Illuminiati are supposibly so powerful they have their own mark on a dollar bill, 'The Pyramid of Light' check it out on a Google search.
