Oooh. Have you looked for a number on your account? I would either have got it from there or googled it. There should be a customer service number. I'll have a look and see if i can find it.

The product was pretty c+ap - well known to slow up your ctr
however I didnt have much problem with Norton and the refund

lots of practice or what ? - so easy I regretted to get a refund that the product was so unusable.

( as opposed to the usual run-around - awful product and difficult refund )
