Wednesday. A bit of frost this morning, but no wind, so not too bad. The sky is clear so we should see some sunshine.

I'm taking a friend for a hospital appointment this morning, so I think I'll put a casserole in the oven before I go. I think I'll take my book with me.

Thanks Jan - she is very upbeat about it. Caught it early dealt with it early and will be back at work after Xmas - she's a Yorkshire lass by birth and got the Yorkshire fighting spirit. Righty ho - must go now and get stuck in (should have done half an hour ago!!). morning all, no rain, blue sky so on with the old washing machine, old being the operative word it squeaks and groans and is bound to conk off during xmas week.
Today I am going to the Xmas Show at Earls Court with my pal Mags, we got a freebie courtesy of Martins Money Tips and we get free travel anyway and I have made sarnies, so..... we don't intend to spend much either [famous last words]. CS used to howl with laughter at the daft things I used to bring back from the Ideal Home exhib.
